Online Hifz Course at Deen Axis Academy
Complete Guide for Parents and Students

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

My dear parents and students, if you are looking for a proper Hifz Course where your child can become a Hafiz without leaving school and without going to a far away hostel, then this guide is for you.

At Deen Axis Academy, we have started an Online Hifz Course that is specially designed for school going children, college students, working brothers and sisters, and housewives who want to memorize the Quran while staying at home.

In this article, I will explain everything about our Hifz course, our methodology, our fee structure, and most importantly our class timing which is kept very flexible for students.

*Why Online Hifz is the Need of Today*

Twenty years ago, if you wanted to do Hifz, you had only one option. Leave your school, take your bedding, go to a Madrasa hostel, stay there for three years. That system produced great Huffaz, but today that system is difficult for many families. Parents do not want to send small kids far away. Children have school pressure. And many families cannot afford hostel fees.

Online Hifz has solved this problem. Now your child can sit in your own home, in front of you, and do his Hifz with a qualified Hafiz Ustaad who listens to him daily on live video call. You can see what your child is learning. You get a weekly report. Your child also continues his school.

At Deen Axis Academy, we have students from Pulwama, Bandipora, Handwara, Bijbehara, Anantnag, Srinagar and even from outside Kashmir who are doing Hifz online with us while continuing their school.

*Who Can Join This Hifz Course?*

This course is for anyone who has completed Nazirah with good fluency. This is our first condition. If your Nazirah is weak, you will memorize with mistakes. So first we check your Nazirah. If it is weak, we will put you in our Nazirah batch for two to three months to make it strong, then we shift you to Hifz.

This course is for kids from 7 years to 15 years who want to become Hafiz along with school.

This course is for adult brothers and sisters from 16 years to 50 years who have a desire to become Hafiz even at a late age. For adults we have a slow track where you memorize only half a page or quarter page a day.

This course is also for those who started Hifz before, memorized 3 Juz or 7 Juz or 10 Juz and then left due to some reason. We will not make you start from zero. We will check your previous Hifz, make it strong with revision, and then continue from where you left.

*Our Hifz Methodology - How We Make Hifz Strong and Long Lasting*

At Deen Axis Academy, we follow a system that we call the 5 Step Hifz-e-Mateen System. Without a system, Hifz does not stay.

Step one is Sabaq. Sabaq means new lesson. Every day you get a new lesson. For full time kids, one page per day. For school going kids, half a page per day. For adults, quarter to half a page per day. Your Ustaad first reads the Sabaq with Tajweed three times, you listen, then you read after him, then you memorize and recite to him in the class.

Step two is Sabaq-e-Qadeem. This is yesterday's lesson. Before you give new Sabaq, you must recite yesterday's Sabaq. This makes your Hifz very strong. Every Thursday, you have to recite your whole week's Sabaq together.

Step three is Manzil and Muraja'ah. This is the revision of your old Juz. This is the most important step. At Deen Axis Academy, we say Manzil is more important than Sabaq. If you have memorized 5 Juz, you must revise at least half Juz daily from your old Juz. We make a proper Manzil schedule for each student. Students who fail in Hifz fail because they ignore Manzil. We never allow that.

Step four is Tajweed correction. While you memorize, your Ustaad corrects your Tajweed instantly. We do not allow you to memorize with wrong pronunciation.

Step five is Tarbiyah. Daily 5 minutes of Tarbiyah, small Hadith, stories of Huffaz, Duas for memory. We teach students how to protect their Hifz, what to eat, how to keep their eyes and ears pure, because Hifz is Noor and Noor needs a clean heart.

*Class Timing - Between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM*

Now the most important question that every parent asks, what is the class timing? Will it clash with school? Will it clash with tuition?

We have understood this problem very well. That is why we have kept our Hifz classes only in the evening, between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

We do not take Hifz classes in the morning or afternoon because children go to school and tuition. In the evening, after Maghrib, children are free at home. That is the best time for Hifz.

Between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, we have multiple Halaqahs running. Each Halaqah is only 1 hour to 1.5 hour long.

For example, we have a Halaqah from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM, another Halaqah from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM, and another Halaqah from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

When you take admission, we will ask you which slot is comfortable for you between 6 PM to 10 PM, and we will allot you that batch.

All classes are from Monday to Saturday, live on Zoom. Sunday is off for rest, but Manzil homework is given for Sunday.

Each Halaqah has maximum 10 students only. Why only 10? Because Hifz needs personal listening. In a 10 student group, every student gets 10 to 12 minutes daily to recite directly to the Ustaad. The Ustaad listens to each student individually, corrects him, and gives him next Sabaq. If we keep 30 or 40 students, this personal listening is not possible.

Also, every student has to send a voice note of his Sabaq on WhatsApp at night before sleeping. The Ustaad checks it and gives feedback. So you get double correction, once in live class and once on WhatsApp.

This evening timing between 6 PM to 10 PM is very beneficial for school going kids. They come from school, take rest, play a little, and then join Hifz class fresh in the evening. For adult brothers who work during the day, and for sisters who are busy with household work during the day, this evening timing is also very comfortable. After Isha, they can peacefully do their Hifz.

*Fee Structure of Hifz Course*

Now let me tell you about the fee structure. Many people think online Hifz must be very expensive, 2000 or 3000 per month. But at Deen Axis Academy, we have kept it very minimal.

For Hifz Course, the admission fee is only 1500 rupees. This is a one-time fee at the time of joining. This includes your registration, your Hifz planner, your assessment, your Halaqah allotment, and your student ID.

And the monthly fee is only 300 rupees per month. Only 300 rupees per month for daily Hifz classes, personal listening, WhatsApp correction, weekly tests, and monthly parent reports.

So admission fee is 1500 rupees one time, and monthly fee is 300 rupees per month. This is less than 10 rupees per day to become a Hafiz.

If you have two kids, we give sibling discount. And if someone is orphan or from a very poor family who cannot afford even this, please contact us privately. We have a sponsorship fund. We will teach your child for free with full respect. Money will never be a reason to stop Hifz at Deen Axis Academy.

*What Parents Should Do at Home to Support Hifz*

Joining the course is only half work. Half work is at home.

First, make your home a Quran friendly home. When your child is doing Hifz between 6 PM to 10 PM, keep the environment quiet. Switch off TV and loud music.

Second, make your child revise his Sabaq after Fajr for 30 minutes. The best time to memorize new lesson is after Fajr. Memory is sharpest at that time.

Third, do not pressurize your child. Do not beat him. Encourage him with small gifts when he completes a Juz. Appreciate him in front of family.

Fourth, make Dua for him, especially in Tahajjud. Your Dua as a parent is very powerful for your child's Hifz.

*How to Take Admission?*

Admission process is very simple.

Send a WhatsApp message to Deen Axis Academy with your name, address, age, and how much Hifz you have done before if any.

We will take a small Nazirah and Hifz test.

Then you pay the 1500 rupees admission fee via Google Pay, PhonePe or bank transfer.

Within 24 hours, we will allot you a batch between 6 PM to 10 PM as per your choice and add you to the Halaqah group.

Your journey to become Hafiz will start.

*Final Words*

My dear brothers and sisters, today our children remember 100 songs, they remember names of all cricketers, but they do not remember Surah Mulk. This is our failure.

Make your child a Hafiz. His degree will help him in Duniya, but his Hifz will help him in Qabr and in Aakhirah. On the Day of Qiyamah, the Hafiz will be told to read and ascend. And his parents will be made to wear a crown of light.

Do not delay. If your child has completed Nazirah, start Hifz today.

May Allah make all our children Huffaz and Ulama.
