The Infinite Attributes of Almighty Allah - Sifat-e-Bari Ta'ala

All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Today, we will talk about a topic that increases our Iman - *Sifat-e-Bari Ta'ala*, the Attributes of Almighty Allah.

You come to the heart but you do not come to understanding,_

I have just known, this is your recognition._

1. Who is Allah? The Self-Sustaining Being

Allah is that Great Being who is not dependent on anyone. He exists by Himself and sustains the entire universe. He has always existed and will always exist. Death can never come to Him. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep.

Everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him. No one can intercede without His permission.

2. Allah's Creation - Sky, Earth and Mountains

Allah, by His mere power, created the lofty sky you see and the vast earth you walk on. For the stability of the earth, He created high mountains so that the earth does not shake. He made rivers and streams flow and created a barrier between two seas so that sweet and salty water remain separate.

3. Signs of Allah in Nature - Rain, Sun and Moon

Allah sends down rain from the sky. Before rain, He sends winds as its signs. Through this rain, He produces beautiful gardens and fruits that we eat.

He created the sun that illuminates the whole world, and the moon and stars that guide us in the darkness of jungles and seas and give coolness to our eyes at night.

4. Allah is the Only Helper in Hardship

Allah alone listens to the distressed. When a person is ill, or afflicted with calamity, or in need, he calls upon Allah, and Allah alone grants him healing, delivers him from calamity, and fulfills his needs.

If Allah wants to keep us hungry, no one can give us food. If He wants to keep us thirsty, no one can give us water. If He wants to keep us ill, no one can cure us.

5. Conclusion - What Should We Do?

If all the trees on earth become pens, and all the oceans become ink, even then the Attributes of Allah cannot be fully written. Because just as Allah's Being is infinite, His Attributes are also infinite.

Therefore, its requirement is:

We should worship Allah alone, bow before Him alone, ask from Him alone, rely on Him alone, love Him alone, and fear Him alone.

My thought is low, Your remembrance is high,

What praise can dust write, the dust-made figure of Yours.
